How to show Ceevara. One app for residents, one portal for the people who answer to them.
The Citizen app, WhatsApp and the Official portal open with an invite code; this guide does not need one. Ceevara explains the government behind your address, from your ward to Parliament, and turns every complaint, certificate and bill into something you can track. Offices, MLAs, MPs and departments work from the same record, and they only count a problem as fixed when the people who reported it agree.
Two products, one record
The Citizen app and its WhatsApp version are one product with one account. Plenty of people will only ever use WhatsApp, and that is fine.
Watch one complaint travel
Lakshmi Rao's lane has had no water for three days. Pick where she lives, anywhere in India, then open the Citizen app, WhatsApp and the Official portal in other tabs and play each step here to watch it land everywhere.
What is real, and what is sample
Places, maps, boundaries, MLAs and MPs are real, for the whole country. The activity in a seat (complaints, works, events, office replies) is sample data until residents start reporting, and the office staff are made up, so no real office is shown doing things it did not do.
